Jūngalow is in a quiet, residential Miami neighborhood described by guests as a chill and safe area for walking and morning jogs.
The property is close to Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Miami International Airport, Brightline and numerous restaurants and shops.
Beaches are nearby, including access toward Key Biscayne Island. Public
transportation is available, including a free trolley serving iconic parts of
Miami.
A large park with a children's playground, tennis court, library and public swimming pool is approximately two blocks from the property.

These guidelines preserve the peaceful character of the space and are part of the booking expectations.
REGISTERED GUEST ONLY
Only guests listed on the reservation may access the property. Additional visitors require prior approval. Maximum occupancy is two.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
No parties, celebrations, gatherings, DJs, speakers or amplified music. This is a quiet residential hideaway, not an event venue.
QUIET HOURS
9:00 PM–8:00 AM. Outdoor noise must remain respectful at all times. Complaints may result in cancellation without refund.
RESPECT THE INTERIORS
No unauthorized furniture rearrangement, nails, glue, heavy tape, glitter, confetti or messy materials.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the studio,outdoor living and patio. Smoking is permitted only in the exterior entrance area by the white chair loungers.
Vaping is outdoors only.
PETS
Pets require prior approval and applicable fees. Pets must be trained, may not be left unattended, and may not be on furniture. Guests are responsible for additional cleaning or damages.
PATIO ETIQUETTE
Please do not cut or remove plants, flowers or ornamental stones. Coconuts may be harvested carefully; ground coconuts should remain where they are.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in after 4:00 PM. Checkout before 12:00 AM.
NEIGHBORING UNIT
SANTŪARIO ( Main house ) is on the left side of the property with a separate entrance and parking. It does not share access to Santūario's backyard or pool.
This another rental , please do not disturb guets for guidance.
COCKTAIL POOL
The pool is a stock tank pool and does not offer a heating option.
PARKING
One driveway parking space is provided. The neighboring SŪNTAURIO gome has its own designated space. Do not block or use it; vehicles may be towed.
